Andrew Firmin is the Managing Director of Benefit Advisors Group and a leading Medicare advisor serving Massachusetts and beyond. Based in North Andover with his wife and two children, Andy has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and insurance industries. He specializes in helping individuals transition into Medicare with confidence, providing clear guidance through the A, B, C, and D’s of Medicare and ensuring that clients find the right plan for their health, lifestyle, and financial goals.
Before launching his own practice, Andy led Account Management for CFRA, a global leader in Forensic Accounting Research. He also served as an Account Manager at RiskMetrics Group, helping institutional investors assess portfolio risk. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family fishing, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and gardening. He is a longtime member of the National Ski Patrol and volunteers weekends at a local ski area. He also gave back to his community as a youth soccer coach, Cub Scout den leader, and past member of the board of directors for both his town’s youth center and local merchants association.
